The cafe area includes multiple tables and counter area, as well as a refrigerator and microwave for use by tenants anytime. There is a a large, flat panel TV that is always available for viewing, and of course access to MMIC's wireless internet network.

Vending machines with sodas, juices, snacks, and sandwiches are centrally located and always available.
