 Leases are standardized at three years. There is a flat rate for square footage for all office space and just $1 more per square foot per year for laboratory space. Each tenant pays an additional 19% for common costs (i.e., conference rooms, receptionist, cafeteria, maintenance, etc.). The following chart shows incremental costs for space with rent at $10.86 per square foot of office space and $11.86 per square foot of laboratory space. Pricing subject to change without notice.
