Part of the MITECH+ mission is to eliminate negative bias against skilled and technical careers as identified in a MITECH+ public opinion survey taken in early 2002. Inc. is Midland County ’s leading advocate for
quality technical training. It was formed by a group
of 40+ community leaders who recognized a critical community
need — more opportunities for young people and
adults to gain technical skills that can lead to high-demand
careers as well as further education and training.
