Laboratories There are fourteen 400 to 800 square foot laboratories. Four of the lab spaces are ready for wet chemistry service. Lab space includes operational hoods, benches, cabinets, safety equipment, and analytical gas service. Within the Mt. Pleasant SmartZone, just ½ hour west of the Innovation Center, MMIC partner Central Michigan University Research Corporation also has lab space available for lease - click here to learn more.
